  • Restore Technology are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team in Cardington.
  • We are looking for an Accounts Clerk to support the Finance Team Leader and the Management Accountant as they review data quality and perform essential maintenance of our existing ledgers. The Accounts Clerk will assist in the improvement of our ledgers data (Sales, Purchase and General ledger account) to prepare the business for the implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviewing, improving, and maintaining data quality in the existing sales ledger, purchase ledger and other ledgers as required
  • Sourcing (through research, liaising with the wider business and customer & supplier calls) and imputing essential mandatory data required for the new system
  • Performing ledger cleanup tasks and data reconciliations as required
  • Carrying out tests on data to check its suitability for use in the new system

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent organisation & planning skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining the quality and accuracy of the work
  • Accounts management understanding
  • Work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent user of Excel and familiar with Windows based products
