Assembly Operator - £25,000 for 4 days per week, Fridays off - based in Shepperton, Middlesex
Assembly/Production Operator for small batch production

Processes that are required to be carried out include:

  • Assembly of very small components to fine tolerances.
  • Wire bonding of electrodes to flexible circuits using 30μm wire.
  • Gluing of components.
  • Resin filling assemblies and resin bonding.
  • Some processes are carried using a stereo binocular microscope.

There is scope to learn other processes including:

  • Wafer Dicing
  • Laser Welding
  • Machine lapping
  • Measurement and Inspection
