They create, design, and manufacture high quality, robustand innovative automated laboratory equipment for academic, pharmaceutical and biotechnology research.


Production Technician Role:


Looking for a self motivated Production Technician to join help with the day and contributing to the continuous improvements in all aspects of the Manufacturing Production area.


Production Technician Responsibilities:


  • Ensure overall build quality throughout the process
  • Reloading consumables
  • Troubleshooting machinery faults
  • Working with PLC controlled equipment
  • Good inspection of raw materials
  • Assist QC area when required
  • Maintain production area ensuring it is kept clean and tidy
  • Implementation of Lean manufacturing methods as appropriate

Production Technician Requirements:


  • At least 5 years' successful experience in a high technology manufacturing or assembly business
  • Experience of working in a modern manufacturing or service environments with good systems
  • Experience of working on challenging engineering/manufacturing problems
  • Professional Engineering Qualifications eg. HNC, BTec or relevant experience
  • Good team player and communication skills working with colleagues and other organisations
