Description

You will be working in a team of 4 and will take responsibility for your own projects from concept to launch.

You will have the support of the packaging team but also the NPD team and Process team to come up with new ideas and conduct trials.

You will be expected to identify new packaging trends and innovation and challenge conventional thinking to come up with alternatives.

You will be given responsibility of indirectly leading the team on your projects and give them direction and guidance to ensure the project is complete efficiently and to a high standard.

Their will be the occasional travel requirement to other sites across the UK as well as to parts of Europe (twice a year).

Salary - £40,000 - £47,000
