We have around 4,800 students and have an annual turnover of circa. £90m. We are co-located with St. George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, one of the country's principal teaching hospitals.


We are looking to appoint the Head of Student Records and Reporting to lead the Student Systems Team within in the Registry.

This is a key role within the university and an exciting opportunity with a clear area of responsibility.

The postholder will lead on the management and development of the student record system and oversee the student statutory returns.


Key attributes of the successful applicant include:

  • Successful track record in implementing system enhancements
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Tribal SITS and experience of HE statutory returns
