Description

As a specialist in providing maintenance, remedial works and installations to the industrial lift industry, they are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing team in Farnborough, Hampshire.

The role for the Credit Controller will involve;

Working as part of the wider Collections Function, dealing with all aspects of credit control to maximise cash collection and cash flow, whilst reducing risk.
Reducing overdue debt to a minimum, working towards individual and team KPI targets.
Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
Managing credit risk of a large portfolio of customers, including reconciliation of customer accounts, and reviewing credit lines to aid growth whilst improving cash flow.
Acting as a central point for all debtrelated issues within the customer base.
Organising client meetings with Area Service Managers to facilitate a resolution to unpaid debt.
Detailing invoice queries and updating the business systems of any reason for nonpayment.
General office duties and administration.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have;

At least 3+ years' experience in credit control duties.
Ideally a background of working for a company specialising in some form of engineering, and be familiar with the environment.
A full UK Driving License and own vehicle, due to limited public transport facilities in the area.

This role is a full-time, permanent position with excellent career growth opportunities. The position will be based at the office in Farnborough on Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 05:00pm basis.

In addition to an excellent basic salary of up to £30,000, you will also be offered;
