An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial Manager to support the development and execution of exciting business opportunities relating to our unique heat exchanger technologies across a range of market sectors.


Reporting to the Head of Commercial - Applied Technologies, using your business acumen and experience of generating, negotiating and managing commercial agreements, you will work across all lines of the company to help define appropriate commercial solutionsin support of these opportunities, as well as helping with the development of the Commercial function to meet the demands of this growing business.


To be successful you'll need:


  • Educated to degree level (Business/Contract Law) and have relevant industry experience, or equivalent
  • Experience of managing the commercial elements of complex and challenging projects through the full product development lifecycle.
  • Experience of negotiating complex product and service contracts.
  • Proven relevant experience gained in a technology led organisation such as aerospace.
  • Experience of working across functional boundaries, including legal, technical, programme and finance disciplines.
  • Knowledge of UK and US Export Controls.

Salary:
£50,000 to £57,000, depending on experience


Working hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. (9 Day Fortnight - every other Friday off)
