Workshop Service Manager

Poole

Salary Negotiable Dependent on Experience +KPI bonuses


Our client, a family run business that this year celebrated their 32nd year of trading currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Manager/Workshop Control to join their Poole Depot.


This is a key member of their operations, you will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities.

This is a very hands on, exciting, busy and challengingrole.

  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise deadlines
  • Experience of working to KPI's, budgets and meeting targets
  • Diligence
  • Have a proven track record of managing a team of staff
  • Experience in the automotive industry is essential


You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm with 1⁄2 hour unpaid lunch break. Every third Saturday 8 am to noon.

There is a requirement to work late on the last working day of the month to ensure all invoicing is complete.

Flexibility within therole is essential to meet the needs of the business and team.
