We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Executive Assistant/Office Manager to work for a non-profiting Housing Association located in beautiful surroundings in West Wickham.
Duties of the
EA/Office Manager Role:
Administrative support to the CEO.
Effectively research, co-ordinate and manage specific projects as directed by the chief executive
Co-ordinate and research and support the Executive Management Team and Resident meetings/ Corporate events.
Complaints and compliments, to log and record, support with investigation, and draft response letters etc.
Project manage the Board and Governance meeting administration including notes of meetings, ensuring papers are circulated within agreed timescales.
Co-ordinate the recruitment, pre-employment checks, and issue standard contracts and amendments and plan and manage induction, probation, and supervision process of new staff as directed by the Chief Executive.
Be comfortable to communicate with people of all levelsDemonstrable knowledge working Housing Association

Organisational skills
Standard working hours although occasionally may be required to work outside of these hours so some flexibility is required
