The Role


We are looking for an experienced professional who has a progressive and people first mindset as we focus on driving improvements in our approach to developing our HR digital pathways, talent management, workforce planning and on boarding experiences to underpin our vision to strengthen our journey to make South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust a great place to work.


The post holder will lead on large scale people digital improvements and innovation programmes ensuring the appropriate design, enablement, engagement, and implementation processes are in place for successful delivery.


We are looking for a compassionate, inclusive leader who communicates an inspiring vision and energises others to progress, learn and develop.

With senior level people leadership and experience from a complex organisation, you will bring expertise in radical recruitment campaigns, enabling digital solutions and have a track record of innovation and change, as well as a focus on enhancing the work experience for our staff.

Leadership and Improvement Training


South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff to the Trust; this training programme has been designed to support our leaders in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills.

After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
