Goals and objectives
- Responsible for compliance for one or multiple programmes
- Provide excellent customer service to our learners and partners.
- On occasion provide admin support as required on other programmes or other stages of the programme.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain learner records on Tes Institute's CRM and other systems as required
- Ensure incoming learner records are always kept uptodate and accurate on Tes Institute's systems.
- Check learner files and records to ensure they are fully prepared for review by the Programme Directors.
- Process and register learner records with the Department of Education and other regulatory authorities.
- Provide support to learners on the required preparations for the start of course ensuring all learners are properly onboarded on time, as well as those for course completion ensuring their documents and material are in order.
- Produce regular reports on learners' statuses as necessary for peers, Programme Directors and Senior Leadership Team.
- Provide support for Ofsted audits and inspections, as and when required
Required
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with regards to data entry and checking documentation
- Highly organised and selfmotivated; able to think ahead, anticipate upcoming needs and to structure workload in order to meet deadlines.
- High level of general IT skills. Good Excel skills
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Evidence of working in a remote or hybrid environment
- Experienced in using tech daytoday for both tasks and communication.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work flexibly at peak times, which may include weeknights and weekends.
- Prior experience with a CRM
- Experience taking/making calls from/to external customers
- Degree
- Experience of working in a regulated industry
- Good understanding of Teacher Training or the teaching landscape
Note:
Tes will provide training on QTS and software, where necessary.
