We are seeking a skilled CDP to join our team at Meat and Wine Company, Mayfair.

Previous experience in a steakhouse would be advantageous.

Must have right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorships for this role

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Assist with meal preparation and plating as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and methods
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
