Home Carer / Support Worker - The Role:

To support people in their own homes with day to day living tasks
Meal Preparation and cooking
Companionship
Medication management
Personal care
Domestic tasks as required
Be a friend
Empower people to be independent
Support people to make choices and be there when the day is not so great

Home Carer / Support Worker - What we need from you:

We do not require any previous experience; all we look for is someone with a caring and compassionate nature with a genuine interest in people and their history.
