We are looking for a passionate person to join our Kitchen Brigade.

The Role will involve the following

Cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery
Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
Helping with the laundry for back of house requirements
Assisting Chefs
Helping with deliveries and restocking
Assisting Cleaning Chef stations
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Essential skills

Good work ethic and can work as part of a busy team.
Enjoys a busy environment
Flexible approach to the working week
Methodical and clean worker
Enjoys following checklists and takes satisfaction from your work
Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
Awareness of manual handling techniques
Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
Experience of kitchen equipment
Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
