We have a great opportunity to join our Tractel UK team in Sheffield;

The Role - Internal Sales Coordinator:
Working at Tractel UK Ltd (Sheffield) in the Internal Sales department, the Internal Sales Coordinator role involves:
- Preparing and submitting quotations
- Following up quotations
- Providing technical support and advice on our wide range of lifting, height safety and load measurement products
- Offering product solutions and recommendations
- Responding to aftersales queries and resolving any issues
- Maintaining CRM records
- Liaising with our factories, UK production team and purchasing department
- Processing customer orders and ensuring that expectations are managed and delivery dates are met
- Providing a high level of customer service
Experience:
- 3 years' experience in sales/customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ambitious and keen to learn
- Good level of mathematics
- Good levels of IT literacy
- Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Experience using a CRM system
