We have a great opportunity to join our Tractel UK team in Sheffield;

The Role - Internal Sales Coordinator:
Working at Tractel UK Ltd (Sheffield) in the Internal Sales department, the Internal Sales Coordinator role involves:

• Preparing and submitting quotations
• Following up quotations
• Providing technical support and advice on our wide range of lifting, height safety and load measurement products
• Offering product solutions and recommendations
• Responding to aftersales queries and resolving any issues
• Maintaining CRM records
• Liaising with our factories, UK production team and purchasing department
• Processing customer orders and ensuring that expectations are managed and delivery dates are met
• Providing a high level of customer service

Experience:

• 3 years' experience in sales/customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Ambitious and keen to learn
• Good level of mathematics
• Good levels of IT literacy
• Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Experience using a CRM system
