Aspion Search

£40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Commission + car allowance + fuel card

Leeds Branch

Can be Hybrid ( realistic travel times of two hours to Leeds Branch)

Aspion Search are a Leading agency in the sales recruitment market and we are Looking for Sales Executives or Business development Executives for a client that is looking at expanding their team.


The position will be responsible for providing new business leads, servicing inbound sales and related enquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers with the freight forwarding sector.

Our client is a Leading Freight forwarding company with office across the UK.

We have been briefed to look for a person that is going to come in and really disrupt the way the team performs their processes.

This will be a talented sales professional thatcan come from a very strong sales back ground within either Freight forwarding Uk domestic or International services Multi modal.


The company has increased its targets for 2023 due to the amount of Service they can now create and provide.

They are an established business within their market and have been part of the Freight forwarding market process taking their clients into the futureof how we purchase freight forwarding services.


There will be some light traveling with this role that will be all expenses paid, as you could imagine the usual sales travel to visit clients however there is the chance to travel that little bit further for the right clients as the business has emergedinto the European market.


Office culture is one of complete hard work however, rest assured that once the deals have been made the team will celebrate.

It is as you could imagine that a sales environment to be.

You will need to show evidence of experience of:

  • Sales experience end to end within Freight forwarding UK or international multi modal
  • Experience of cold sales and converting warm leads into deals
  • Market research
  • Identify prospects that fit the target demographic
  • Usage of data bases, CRM and other software to track your data and keep ahead
  • Scheduling appointments with existing clients to account manage
  • Build new relationships with potential clients
  • Show B2B sales experience
  • Strong and professional communication skills written, verbal, presentation.
