We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join the medicine operational team based at Colchester hospital.
This is a great role for someone wishing to develop their operational management experience.
You must ensure the provision of high quality patient care by efficiently deploying junior medical staff within the Medical Division.
You should demonstrate knowledge of RTT and have excellent communication skills, with proven experience of managing a team.
This is a fast paced and busy role, you must have good prioritisation skills.
Alongside management of the administration team, you will be required to support the senior management team to continually improve performance across medicine.
Responsible for the coordination of all medical rotas within the division, compiling and ensuring rotas are distributed daily to all relevant parties - updating white board in Majors for daily changes in staffing.
Upload registrars' master rota on a monthly basis, checking doctors templates with consultant in charge and notifying registrar of any changes in their shift patterns.
