Recruiter for our Scarce Skills Job Family **and you'll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work.
What you'll be doing
As a
Recruiter, you will have the following accountabilities:
- Deliver a full 360 recruitment model, by partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy on all roles and manage and support the Recruiter to achieve the same
- Ensure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs and use of Applicant Tracking System and own the recruitment process from ATR through to On Boarding
- Support the team to ensure a robust management and reduction of agency PSL spend through efficiencies within the 'direct source' model
- Ensure all advertising channels are optimised by using the BBUK tone of voice, social channels are appropriately used and the team adopt a search and network approach to recruitment
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
- Proven track record of working as a 360 Senior Recruiter within an inhouse Resourcing function and the management of Recruiters
- Experience of owning, maintaining and developing stakeholder/Hiring Manager relationships, including appropriate influencing skills
- Track record of successful and innovative sourcing strategies
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, social media and recruiting process workflows
