Account Manager

Oxford

£25,000-£30,000

Fully Remote - one to two days a week on the road

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their boutique holiday let management company, operating in the beautiful rolling hills of the Cotswolds.

Founded in 2021, they saw an opportunity to bring a fresh, modern and technology driven serviceto holiday letting.


Their aim is to deliver outstanding service to guests and owners, grow organically with quality homes, and use technology and personality to set them apart from the competition.

They are looking for someone who may have previous experience in hospitalityand ideally managing an airbnb before.

This role would be Monday - Friday and working one weekend a month being on call. You will also need your own vehicle for travelling between properties.


Key Duties:


  • Handling questions and queries from client base
  • Dealing with customer service account management questions
  • Onboarding homes and going out to meet clients
  • Soft selling and building relationships
  • Liaising with photographer and working with the housekeeping team
  • Building lists on Airbnb and dealing with the marketing aspects
