Description
We are looking for a loyal hard working person to join our busy commercial grounds maintenance business.

We will need you to run a small 2/ 3 man team, and generally managing a round of numerous sites in Swindon.

You would be expected to be a very hands on team leader and be involved in doing the work. Work would include operating a ride-on mower, hedge pruning, weed spraying and other grounds maintenance related tasks.


We are a well established local family business with a good reputation so our standards of work are high, however we treat all our employees as very valuable assets and not just a number We operate a very generous bonus scheme, based on good performance.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
