A fantastic opportunity to join a growing Property brand planning significant growth as their Head of Marketing.

Our Client

A property brand with a difference, private equity backed, they plan to quadruple in size over the next 5 years.

They have a strong culture, very positive, with a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead on all brand and marketing activity.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to further establish the brand, manage marketing budgets as well as setting short-term and long-term department goals aligned to the brand's objectives.

You'll manage, develop and grow their marketing team, sit on the senior management team and work closely with senior stakeholders from different parts of the business.

Acting as brand guardian, you'll ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing channels, as well as reporting on all activity, ensuring maximum ROI to support sales growth.

They have strong ambition for their future growth and this role will be crucial to the ongoing successful delivery of this.

You

You'll be a strong marketing leader, with significant experience working within the property sector, and experience across bought, owned and earned media.

You'll have a wealth of expertise in developing and implementing successful brand and marketing communication strategy as well as leading, mentoring and developing teams, with an open and personable, confident communication style with your team as well as senior stakeholders.

You'll still enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in along with your team, leading by example. There will be some travel involved, mainly across Northern England.
