Description

Manchester's iconic luxury venue Vermilion is now looking to recruit "full-time" charismatic and experienced bartenders, to join the restaurant, bar, wedding and events team.

Role & Responsibilities:

To prepare alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages for guests
Service of champagne and wine
Cocktail mixology
Setting up and closing the bar
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to guests in accordance with company standards
Ensure that the bar, frontofhouse, and other areas are clean and maintained
Focus on representing a highend establishment
Hold the skills to understand customers, manage their expectations and ensure their experience is fantastic.
Be well presented, charismatic and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Understanding of food hygiene
Excellent customer service skills
Have exceptional communicate skills and have attention to detail
Be able to work as part of a larger team.
