Higher Level teaching Assistants - The role

To be eligible for this role you must:

Hold HLTA Level 5 status /QTS or experienced being an unqualified teacher
Work with teachers to plan, organise and support teaching and learning activities for classes.
Provide shortterm cover supervision to whole classes on a scheduled and unscheduled basis
Relevant experience supporting pupils in UK Primary Schools and Education settings
Have the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with staff, pupils and parents
Raise the standards of pupils learning
Experience of working with Early Years to KS2 children in a mainstream school
Experience of working with children with special education needs Experience of teaching / covering full classes.
