Events Marketing Manager - B2B Conferences & Events

London office + Hybrid working + Travel

Salary up to £36K + Generous Bonuses + Benefits
We're recruiting an experienced B2B Marketer to join an established international media, conference & exhibitions company.

We are looking for an events marketing enthusiast who can deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for industry leading business eventsthat are held in the UK and overseas.

The Marketing Manager will work on a portfolio of high-growth, large-scale B2B events.

This exciting marketing opportunity will suit a graduate with 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience gained in a commercial environment.

What will you be doing?

Working with 3 of the top-performing events teams in the UK office, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing & delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of world-class B2B large-scale conferences & exhibitions.

This rolereports to the Marketing Director.

The role will include:

Direct marketing activities
Social media marketing
Develop & manage media partnerships
Create or commission banners and ads as needed, organised events brochures and relevant publications
Individual event website management
Data build for your events
Copywriting
Briefing designers
Develop delegate plans and support the sponsorship sales team where needed
Management of the event marketing budget for your events
Manage the press and PR event registration & coverage
A data enthusiast, able to monitor and analyse campaign performance and create relevant analytics report

Who are you?

Events marketing professional with ideally12 years B2B conferences, exhibitions, or trade show experience
It is essential you have experience (and enjoy) the basic principles of B2B multichannel marketing lead generation, database management & digital marketing etc.
Selfmotivated, organised, and highly effective time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, copywriting, proofreading, and editorial skills.
Analytical approach to marketing and ability to work with data and create reports.
Focused on selfdevelopment and ambitious
Believe & share in the passion, energy, and commitment to our client's values
Work as a part of a collaborative team to achieve company goals
Extremely organised and proactive
Excellent multitasker
Efficient, able to quickly and effectively complete marketing actions endtoend
Analytical with experience tracking results and successes
