E-Commerce Specialist
Kitchen Craft Design Ltd is a leading Kitchen retailer. We are expanding into the world of e-commerce.


Position Summary:


The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for driving sales and optimizing customer experience through website development, website maintenance, e-commerce merchandising, and e-commerce fulfilment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement best practices for website development, website maintenance, and website merchandising.
  • Oversee daily website maintenance to ensure that the website remains functional and appealing to customers.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and up sell opportunities.
  • Manage daily ecommerce fulfilment.
  • Resolve customer issues and enquiries.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate shipping information.
  • Manage daily ecommerce fulfilment from an automated fulfilment system.
  • Liaise with design team to ensure design standards are being met.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on marketing content ideas for the site.
  • Develop creative ideas for SEO and marketing strategies to improve rankings in search engines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Telephone Sales. Incoming and Outgoing Calls.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with eBay is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new software as needed.
  • Understanding of online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon) plus experience using Google AdWords advertising platform is preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
From £11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Yearly bonus

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Chesterfield (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Chesterfield: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
