The SAP S/4HANA programme aims to completely transform the way in which JLR operates to manage our materials from Idea to Product.

We have a clear vision to deliver a unified end to end process and toolset with connected, traceable data throughout all functions.

To enable JLR to meet our ambitious digitalisation plans, a Business Systems Delivery team has been established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Transformation Organisation.

The team is accountable for managing the change and deploying the SAP S/4HANA programme content across JLR's global footprint.

The Business Change Coordinator role is part of the Business Systems Delivery team which is a crucial bridge between technical delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Manufacturing Systems programmes within the business.

The team combines business change, training and testing expertise to deliver a high-quality end user deployment experience.

In this role, your objective is ensuring robust delivery of incremental deployment releases to business end users, getting the organisation engaged and ready for the change, and ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained.

Travel to different plants will be required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Describing and communicating impact of process changes on business roles and relationship to user access within the tools
Identifying stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities
Support onboarding of Early Adopters and Super Users
Conducting business change impact assessment with relevant senior stakeholders in preparation of a deployment
Creating stakeholder communication and engagement plans, and supporting the communication of these to relevant End Users
Supporting business interactions with matched pair Process Leads and key stakeholders in the development of global business processes.
Ensure 'Idea to Product' global business processes maintain alignment with the overall Transformation Process Architecture and are compliant with set regulations and standards.
Develop, create and maintain reporting and management information on the development of global business processes maturity.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience or exposure working on transformational projects.
Experience/knowledge of Business Change Frameworks.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of in person collaboration and cross functional team working
Ability to create and align standard timing plans for business change and readiness.
Knowledge of Agile practices.
Experience in critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
