Graphic Designer

Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and communication strategies of our organization.

Your creative expertise will be instrumental in producing visually compelling designs across various mediums, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate concepts into captivating visuals that resonate with our target audience.


Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, posters, social media assets, website elements, and presentations.

Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve the organization's visual brand identity, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all design collateral. Consistently strive for visual excellence that reflects the organization's values and resonates with our audience.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Collaborate effectively to brainstorm ideas, iterate on designs, and incorporate feedback to deliver high-quality visual solutions.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access and future reference.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree, Diploma or any other courses in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience: Proven experience (1 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across print and digital mediums. Experience in branding, marketing, or advertising is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with web design tools and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Creativity: Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional design.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment, while also capable of independently managing projects from concept to completion.

£21,600.00-£46,461.40 per year
