The Opportunity:


We are currently looking for a highly motivated Line 1 Operational Risk & Governance Specialist to join our Governance team.

You will be working in a specialised team providing consultative, administrative and training support to Diligenta's Governance Frameworks across the business including both onshore and offshore.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who have an analytical mindset and are experienced within Customer Services.


You'll be:


  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships and support training with key stakeholders within the business
  • Support effective root cause analysis within Line 1 Risk which drives change and demonstrates an effective control environment
  • Work with the Business to identify weaknesses in the Governance frameworks, present solutions both verbally and in written reports and work to embed and improve delivery to frameworks
  • Support oversight of the vulnerable customer framework to ensure the fair treatment of vulnerable customers
  • Have a good knowledge of Customer Vulnerability and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Have experience of customer service and knowledge of Life and Pensions administration and products would be desirable
  • Have excellent relationship management skills
  • Are a confident communicator
  • Are skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
