We have an opportunity for a sales & lettings negotiator or viewings representative to join our team. Full Training provided and no experience needed. Just enthusiasm to do the best job you can.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated individual who wants the opportunity to actively participate in developing further our estate agency.

A drive to succeed along with excellent communication and organizational skills are just a few qualities we are searching for in prospective employees.

Role Summary:
Registration and management of buyers on an electronic database.

Carrying out accompanied viewing in your diary and engage with clients.

Handling a high volume of Inbound and outbound calls.

Provide feedback to Landlords and vendors.

Generate and negotiate sales and lettings.

You are keen to join a successful and growing business.

You are looking for a challenging role which moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same

You have a natural selling ability.

You have a natural flair for and enjoy dealing with people and, always look to provide the best customer service.

You are articulate with strong negotiating skills.

Experience in selling, letting or managing property is not essential in this role but 1 years experience in a similar role would be preferable.

£10.50 per hour

Full UK Manual Driving License (required)
