Questar Auto UK is a provider of Telematics and other driver performance & operational improvement tools. Our portfolio includes customers from central government, councils, police forces, fire services and NHS organisations.

We also supply services to many commercial organisations such as vehicle manufacturers, insurance providers, leasing & rental companies, utilities, passenger transport providers, vehicle importers and fleet owners.


Purpose of the Job


To provide first-class customer support to Questar Auto UK customers ensuring regular communication, whilst maintaining a high quality service level, and excellent customer satisfaction.

You will assist our customers with any admin enquiries and technical difficulties when using our products and services.

You will be working closely with multiple teams internal and external which will give you the opportunity learn all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to all Questar Auto UK customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents (experience with Zoho CRM is a benefit)
  • Assist engineers by commissioning and troubleshooting Questar Auto UK telematics
  • Perform fleet health checks or a regular basis or adhoc
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Liaise with the scheduling team when raising services calls providing the required booking information

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

  • Experience as a Technical Support Adviser or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases with ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Team player with ability to work on its own
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Processdriven
  • Enthusiastic with Can-Do attitude
  • Technology savvy is a plus

£22,500.00 per year
