Overview:

We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join our team and take ownership of various sales operations functions within our growing SAAS company.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Global Sales Operations, this role will be responsible for driving projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

The Medius Sales Operations Director works with Sales, Marketing Operations, Finance, and other departments within Medius to provide operational leadership.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the SVP of Global Sales Operations to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of key operational processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and sales performance analysis.
  • Oversee sales compensation plans, including commission structures and incentive programs, to ensure alignment with company goals and sales performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the sales leadership team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating a proactive approach to problemsolving and project management.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations within the SAAS industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate crossfunctionally.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
