Description
Panaz is an award-winning, market-leading designer and supplier of têxtiles for hospitality, healthcare and workspace customers.
This role is based primarily on-site Burnley on Network 65 working 8.30 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday and a 3 pm finish on Fridays.
- Ensure sales orders are accurately prepared and dispatched in line with service level agreements and customer requirements.
- Resolve various customer enquiries, ensuring problems are resolved or escalated.
- Accurate customer account maintenance.
- Monitor outstanding orders to ensure stocks are received/ printed to meet order demands and to ensure the customer is appropriately informed.
- Ensure team coverage/ holiday management etc.
- Carrying out staff training and reviews.
- Running sales reports.
- Develop customer relationships.
- Demonstrate a superb attention to detail.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments.
- Offer good judgement and initiative.
- Show a calm resilience towards problemsolving.
- Support personal development and training.
