Panaz is an award-winning, market-leading designer and supplier of têxtiles for hospitality, healthcare and workspace customers.


This role is based primarily on-site Burnley on Network 65 working 8.30 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday and a 3 pm finish on Fridays.

We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service Team, as the lead advocate for customer service excellence, leading and motivating the team to

  • Ensure sales orders are accurately prepared and dispatched in line with service level agreements and customer requirements.
  • Resolve various customer enquiries, ensuring problems are resolved or escalated.
  • Accurate customer account maintenance.
  • Monitor outstanding orders to ensure stocks are received/ printed to meet order demands and to ensure the customer is appropriately informed.
  • Ensure team coverage/ holiday management etc.
  • Carrying out staff training and reviews.
  • Running sales reports.
