Role Outline
To provide assistance to the HR Director of a Group of companies based in Croydon.

The role includes varied HR duties such as maintaining employee records (soft & hard copies) and taking Minutes of meetings.

Required to keep all Sales Representatives (AR's)records fully up to date.

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle some of the day to day HR admin
  • Preparing for regular Board and Management meetings, including Agenda, preparing packs, minute taking, typing up, issuing and keeping accurate records, ensuring relevant documents are signed off and filed
  • Assist with ensuring AR's administration is kept up to date
  • Accurate records of training and competence infrastructure for group and relevant AR's and their staff; management of adherence to training requirements
  • Maintenance of all records required by legislation, regulation and other guidance relating to performance management, training and competence and regulatory compliance; submission of regulatory returns and other mandated reporting as required
  • Offboarding and HR administration associated with termination
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR administrative duties
  • Experience with Meetings, to include accurate minute taking
  • Well organised and excellent time management skill
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Self motivated and proactive
