The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Manage and support the recruitment process
- Manage the onboarding process and all admin for offers, contracts of employment, preemployment checks and DBS and reference checks
- Manage HR inboxes
- Support HR team
- Updating and managing internal systems
- Excellent administration experience
- Previously worked or support in HR/Recruitment would be very desirable but not essential
- High attention to detail and someone who can thrive in a busy environment
