Teaching Personnel are currently working with a highly regarded Primary school in Swansea who may be seeking a specialist Behaviour Mentor to help support the learning and development of the students from January.

They are highly respected leaders in practice.
Their ethos is about empowering each one of their students. They are constantly creating new imaginative projects that stimulate the children and promote independence. They have fantastic facilities on site. Being a part of this school feels just like a familyenvironment who are continually celebrating each other.


Even if your experience is informal/voluntary, we want to hear from you The children you will support will have a variety of needs which can include significant complex behavioural challenges.


_Behaviour Mentor requirements:
_


  • Experience of working with young people with ASC, behavioural issues, Sensory processing and social communication
  • Learning Mentor/ Youth Worker experience is desirable but no essential.
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
  • A passion for working with SEND is essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
