Tranquil Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator for a client of ours in Team Valley.40 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm
Administrative Responsibilities/Tasks:
Planning:
General Admin duties to support department:
- Assist in updating internal trackers.
- Opening of enquiries repeat business only.
- Upload / download drawings to / from portals.
- Maintain & update the accuracy of dates on the ERP system as directed by AM or PM.
- Raising purchase orders for plant for site
- General administration assistance requests.
Key Competencies
1) Numerate and Literate
2) Microsoft Office proficient
3) Good communication skills.
4) Able to work unsupervised (following instruction).
5) Ability to extract relevant information from data provided.
6) Ability to plan & prioritise.
Salary:
£10.80-£11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
