MacKenzie King are supporting a fast growth, fast paced and dynamic business in recruiting a
Management Accountant to join their team. As a
Management Accountant you will play a key role within the business by supporting the Operations Team with their service based financial results and assisting in making sound businessdecisions in the long and short term.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibility for preparing revenue, expense and working capital reports which involves department, contractual or projectspecific analyses, such as tracking labour and procurement costs, prepare expense reports relating to employee hours and materialscost comparisons.
Supporting the creation of operational budgets and forecasts; integrating findings from previous work in expense reporting, cost tracking, and financial projections, using financial and nonfinancial data.
Deep understanding of core accounting principles and ability to present complex information in accessible language to colleagues with nonaccounting backgrounds.
Help drive continuous improvement
Liaise with Contract Managers and influence their adherence to Group Finance processes.
Analyse and troubleshoot financial results as required
Supporting the Operations Accountant in their role and tasks.
Being liked, trusted and respected by all key people and stakeholders and becoming an invaluable member of the business; helping to train, develop and mentor others where possible.
