Dialect is a TRULY integrated creative marketing agency specialising in gaming and breakthrough tech audiences.

We work with global brands (including Logitech, NVidia, Glu Mobile, McLaren, Amazon and Extreme Networks).

We are looking for a Paid Search Executive to expand our Search capabilities. It's an exciting opportunity to join and support a newly formed team.


Overview:


Our client base and work is global - you'll help create world class campaigns here in the UK, as well as in North America, EMEA and APAC.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of the campaign activation process, with support and direction from the wider team
  • Work closely with our Ops team to ensure tracking is functioning
  • Report / monitor account performance and ensure campaigns are optimised in line with expected results.
  • Conduct preflight forecasting
  • Work closely with the data/analytics team, and other members of the client account team to gain insights on objectives, KPIs, strategies, audiences, to build plans that deliver against client goals.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings
  • Manage and build strong relationships with suppliers and platform providers.
  • Assist our finance team with billing and account admin
  • Misc. adhoc support to ensure our search efforts run smoothly

Personal specification:


  • Essential requirements:_
  • Exposure to digital marketing, preferably biddable channels including paid search.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Strong communications skills, both written and personal
  • Experience in managing personal and shared workloads
  • Ability to work well with members of the account team across all agency disciplines.
  • Preferred Requirements:_
  • Active experience in search planning/management inside a media agency, or similar organization.
  • Experienced at preparing media plans, based on client objectives and KPIs and to a given budget.
  • Understanding of the digital ad tracking landscape
  • A personal interest in, or experience working with video gaming/tech clients
  • Web/media analytics and reporting skills.

  • Sound strategic thinker with strong creative problemsolving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Solutionsoriented with a "cando" attitude, creatively and strategically.
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key relationships

  • Reports to Search Manager
  • Works closely with the wider media team, as well as client services, strategy/insight, and data team members.

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
