Ki has big ambitions but needs more excellent minds to challenge the status quo and help it reach new horizons.What you will be working on Our strategy team is critical to identifying and pursuing opportunities to capitalise on the strong progress we have made in the last 2 years. We have a focus on identifying bold moves and executing in a disciplined manner to deliver real value to all our stakeholders.

    Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Strategy Manager is a key member of our team and will be involved in the development and implementation of Ki's strategy process and strategic initiatives. These initiatives are varied and fast-paced, across our Underwriting, Technology and Data Science divisions, and require engagement with our board directors, shareholders, internal and external stakeholders (such as Brokers and Capacity Partners).

    In this role, you will work closely with Ki's Head of Strategy and the wider Strategy team to design, implement and execute upon Ki's business strategy and will bring your experience of managing and motivating teams to deliver, with the ability to develop ideas and proposals within a financial services environment.

    This role will identify, design and perform analyses that are key to answering strategic questions and communicate resulting insights in a clear and structured way to senior management, owning the process from concept to delivery.
