Now, let's talk about the job you'll be doing.


The Role:

We can help you find the jobs you want by offering consistent work on short, medium, and long-term bookings in pre-planned daily supply, weekly roles, and full-term cover assignments supporting students with the following needs:

  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
  • Autism (ASD)
  • Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Social Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)


You'll work alongside a teacher but also thrive under your own guidance while providing classroom support in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.


About you
But to work with us, you'll need to be passionate about SEN education and have the right experience. The second bullet point is a biggie too, but it's OK if you don't. Not every SEN teaching assistant sees themselves as an absolute rock star. That's what we're for.

  • You'll need a minimum of six months' work experience in a UK educational setting.
  • And believe you deserve more from your supply career and are ready to get it.
