Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner/Manager or similar, with proven financial services and agile software delivery experience to work with the CTO and wider business stakeholders, to drive and deliver, at a practical hands-on level, our product strategies for our customer facing products.
Responsibilities:
- developing, driving and delivering our product strategy.
- managing the Product Roadmap.
- facilitating a robust change review board and process.
- maintaining and performing competitor analysis on at least an annual basis.
- work with the various parts of the business to drive the implementation of our product strategies, including definition of product functional requirements, product pricing, marketing plans, sales and customer success training and readiness through to product launch and onwards.
- manage a product backlog, agree priorities and ensure that the backlog is ordered correctly.
- lead, manage and fulfil the business analyst function by defining robust requirements and user stories to feed into the product development process and see these through to implementation working as an active scrum team member.
- support all members of the product team to ensure blockers and issues are resolved in a timely manner to ensure a good flow of work through the development process.
- Line Manage our business analysts and other team members as directed by the CTO and be a mentor to junior members of the team and across the company to help nurture their talent and develop their skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of four years' relevant experience in product management/ownership/business analysis or similar.
- Come from a financial services background with strong experience in the areas of customer onboarding, AML, KYC, fraud, financial crime risk management and EDD/CDD.
- Designing and developing cloud scale SaaS solutions and understanding the challenges of developing software products that need to respond to the challenges and needs of our customers
- Development of business requirements, robust user stories, story mapping, prioritisation and stakeholder management.
- Use of agile methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM) and management of product backlogs

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and collaborative problem solving skills.
- Strong negotiator, convincer.

£40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
