We are a sustainably growing business and have an exciting opportunity for an Electricians Mate.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Electricians Mate to join our company and deliver first-class standards of work and customer service to our clients.

The role will include free travel, tools, uniform/PPE and training and will involve visiting various sites around London/South East to carry out the following key duties:

• Installing and maintaining emergency lighting
• Emergency light and PAT testing
• Basic electrical work
• Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy
• Liaising with clients and internal team members

Essential Criteria_

• General electrical competence (Possibly part qualified)
• Experience with using basic tools
• Ability to follow processes
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard
• Professional appearance and manner
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good IT skills
• Able to travel to various sites across London as required. Free public transport is included

Desirable Criteria_

• C&G 18th Edition
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in the lighting industry
• Experience in a similar role
