This is an exciting post within the Rotherham Crisis team.

The role will provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to staff in the team and will have a lead role in co-ordinating the team from a clinical perspective.

The role will include management of complex cases, providing clinical supervision and participating in MDT reviews.

As well as having on outward facing role in developing relationships and pathways with our key partners across the Rotherham place.

The post holder will support the Team manager in creating and developing pathways between internal and external services.

This unique post will assist the managers and the Trust to develop and improve services for patients and staff.

We are seeking applicants with a wide range of clinical knowledge, and with experience or interest in crisis work. You should have an understanding of the Crisis pathway and how this sits within the NHS Long Term Plan.


Has responsibility for the promotion and assistance in the maintenance of the highest attainable standards of nursing care provided by the teams.


Provides senior clinical support and advice to the team members ensuring they are visible to all staff to provide clinical leadership.


Has the lead role of coordinating the team from a clinical perspective across a 7 day week, including clinical supervision, group supervision and MDT reviews.


Ability to work closely with the team focusing on projects identified by management ensuring improvement of service provision and practice.
