What will you be doing as a Production Manager:

  • Managing the production team of up to 7 staff, including work schedules, staff development and annual leave
  • Implementing and managing effective purchasing strategies and procedures
  • Sourcing and reviewing inbound costs to work to budgets
  • Managing stock levels
  • Supporting product development
  • Implementing resource planning strategies

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous Production Manager experience
  • Experience in fabrication and welding is essential
  • Experienced within product development
  • Confident dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Strong motivational and people management skills,

What will you get in return for your work as a Production Manager:

  • A salary of £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience
