Description
Monitor compliance with credit policy, relevant local regulations, business strategy and real estate underwriting standards.

Drive enhanced levels of credit portfolio MIS for presentation through internal meetings such as pipeline discussions.

Provide credit analysis Real Estate proposals covering compliant facilities for residential properties.

Embrace and embed a strong credit culture by meeting the highest standards in the Bank.

Undertake robust transaction cashflow modelling for new and existing cases, including downside scenario analysis.


Work with the Credit Risk team to ensure the final legal documentation and analysis is in keeping with the approved terms and conditions.

Reviewing the transaction pre completion checklist and the drawdown form prior to any funds being disbursed.
