Start Date:

ASAP

Days & Hours:
Alternate Fridays, 10.00pm to 6.45am and Saturdays, 9.00pm to 9.00am

Accommodation:
Carer's room whilst on shift (comfortable chair, kitchen facility and bathroom)

About this client/child:

Our client Ben is 13 years old; he is well known to Snap Care; we have had the pleasure of working with Ben since he was very young.

He lives at home with Mum, Dad and his brother and sister. He is a bright, funny, engaging, and charismatic young man who enjoys socialising, visiting art galleries and reading. He loves listening to a wide variety of stories and has a great sense of humour.

Ben has Cerebral Palsy and a developmental delay, he requires 24/7 care and support to meet all his needs, he is a wheelchair user and receives his nutrition and medication via a gastrostomy.

Ben communicates very well with an Eye Gaze; his home is fully adapted to meet all his needs.
