Description

To support workforce planning of roles and working practices across the working week within the team To support front line staff through the changes needed to create more integrated roles, functions and team skills.

To promote corporate values, encourage innovative and creative responses to the changes and constructively challenge staff resistance.

Provide clinical line management for a defined group of Therapists and support staff Work with the Ops Lead & Hospital management structure in undertaking delegated tasks in team management / service development / quality improvement initiatives.

Demonstrate effective leadership skills within the wider multi-professional team; identifying, co-ordinating and delivering service developments with robust evaluation to support sustainability of initiatives delivered
