Purchase/sales Ledger Clerk - Stonehaven, United Kingdom - Tube Tec (Tubular Protection)

Description

Duties:

• Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify and reconcile supplier statements, resolving any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and uptodate purchase ledger records and sales ledger records
• Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring adherence to payment terms
• Assist with monthend closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting
• Respond to Supplier / Customer inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to the Monthly accounts.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounts processes and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
