Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Merchandising Manager for a world-renowned luxury retail brand. Are you a passionate Senior Merchandising leader looking to progress your career in the luxury retail world?

Responsibilities

Analyse competitors trends / price positioning
Monitor sales performance through both quantitative analyses and qualitative feedbacks
Undertake detailed analyses to understand business opportunities and risks
Work closely with Retail Merchandising Director to update sales forecasts
Collaborate to the definition of OTB for stores in line within the strategy of the business and with the stock objectives set for the current year
Monitor and control reorders in line with budgeted stock levels
Proposeabuyingstrategy and support physical stores in their freedom of buying to ensure a unique but coherent offer that will answer to their customers' needs and enhance the store identities, with a good balance between unique items and bestsellers
Update assortments when needed, proposing adjustments based on sales per store and warehouse capacity
Collaborate with the Retail planner to define stock management
Optimiseeveryopportunityto move stock throughout the business reducing the financial impact of depreciating goods
Check delivery/availability for launching of new products in all stores with the Retail Planner

The business itself and this role will be very fluid and elements of the position can be built around the individual's skill set however you must have retail merchandising experience and extensive leadership experience.

You must understand all elements ofproduct lifecycle and want to work in an entrepreneurial way. Our client will look at people from a variety of product backgrounds.

This role is about passion, drive and having the fire to want to progress your career and develop in a business you can be loyal to and stay with for a number of years (which most of their staff do).
