Role Overview:

To achieve agreed financial targets, through the effective management of the resources of the Service Department.

Delivering the highest level of customer service whilst ensuring profit and volume targets are met.

Follow processes and systems in line with both the Company and Ford Dealer standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• The running of the Service front of house & desks.
• Motivate, and lead the technician teams to achieve set objectives, targets and efficiencies.
• Ensure quality of service & high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients in resolving small issues and complaints.
• Ensure the company's commitments and high standards are met, in relation to Health & Safety throughout the departments.
• Implement departmental policies.
